Extended Office Hours: Vehicle Access/Parking Renewals 9a-2p

OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITS EXPIRE SEPTEMBER 30, 2018. FAILING TO RENEW MAY RESULT IN A PARKING SUMMONS BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2018.
The Sea Gate Association office will be open today, September 29 from 9a-2p for Vehicle Access/Parking Renewals for 2019.
Please be advised of the following when coming to renew:
- The vehicle to be renewed MUST be present.
- You must bring with you both a valid driver’s license and the vehicle registration.
- Homeowners are considered those individuals listed on the deed and their children ONLY. Every one else will be charged the tenant fee to renew.
- *Proof of Address:
- Homeowners Children: If your last name is different from your parent(s), you must bring in proof that you are the child of the person(s) on the deed, if you have not done so already.
- Tenants: VALID lease or letter from the Homeowner(s) providing permission to renew. *Children of a tenant age 18 or over must either be listed on the lease or included in the letter from the Homeowner.
- If vehicle is not registered to the applicant, you must provide additional documentation (i.e. copy of registrants valid driver’s license, valid registration, letter from owner providing permission for you to drive the vehicle).
- If vehicle is leased, applicant must be listed either on the lease agreement (must bring in) or on the insurance policy.
- If registered to a company you own or work for, must provide proof of ownership, listed on the insurance policy, or have written permission on company letterhead.
- All letters of permission MUST be up to date. If no date is indicated, written permission will only be valid for the year of renewing/registering.
- If windshield/headlight tag is damaged in any way, you will be charged a $10 fee to replace. *DO NOT REMOVE KEY/BARCODE. We will renew in computer.
- *Renewal fee can only be paid using cash or credit. (Homeowner: $50/ Tenant: $200)
- All parking permits MUST be placed in the lower, left-hand side of the windshield. There are no exceptions.
- If you driver a motorcycle/scooter and wish to obtain a vehicle access key, you MUST sign a waiver every year.
- Please note: The office will not remove old parking permits.
