(except for Mother’s Day 5/12) \nIf you are a tenant\, please come prepared with a valid lease or letter from the Homeowner. If you are unsure if we have one in the system\, please call ahead to ensure you do not need one. \nREMEMBER: Beach Passes from last year will be renewed just like pedestrian passes. Please make sure to bring them with you. Replacements are $10.
