OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITS EXPIRE SEPTEMBER 30, 2018. FAILING TO RENEW MAY RESULT IN A PARKING SUMMONS BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2018. The Sea Gate Association office will be open today, September 8 from 9a-2p for Vehicle Access/Parking Renewals for 2019. Please be advised of the following when coming to renew: The vehicle to be renewed MUST be present. You must bring with you both a valid driver's license and the vehicle registration.
