OFFICE CLOSED
The Sea Gate Association Office will be closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5 in observance of Independence day. The Office will instead be open Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30 from 10a to 3p to accommodate any needs for the Community.
Extended Office Hours
The Sea Gate Association will be open today, Sunday, June 30th from 10a to 3p for Beach Pass Renewals. If you are a tenant, please make sure to bring your documentation (valid lease or letter from the Homeowner) and photo ID in order to obtain a Season Pass. Daily Passes and Multi-Passes are available for sale at the Beach Booth.
