DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, November 22nd\, the Alliance for Coney Island other local businesses and Councilman Treyger will host the Annual Community Thanksgiving Feast at the Coney Island Gospel Assembly.  Last year\, the feast helped over 1\,000 guests enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal\, including homeless men\, women and children\, low income families\, homebound residents and members of the community.  The Coney Island Gospel Assembly has been serving the community a Thanksgiving feast for more than 20 years and serves as a beacon of hope for those in need. This year’s initiative\, led by Luna Park amusement park and Gargiulo’s Restaurant\, provides an opportunity for local businesses and residents to become more engaged in their community and help those in need during the holiday season. \n  \nThe Coney Island Gospel Assembly\, with support from the Alliance for Coney Island\, A & J Produce\, Brooklyn Cyclones\, Cammareri Bakery\, Councilman Mark Treyger\, Deno’s Wonder Wheel\, Gargiulo’s Restaurant\, iStar\, Kings Highway Bakery\, Luna Park\, MAS Security\, Mr and Mrs. Manny Garofalo\, MTM Fuel Service\,  Nathan’s Famous\, Live Nation\, New York Aquarium and Tom’s Coney Island will provide a hot traditional Thanksgiving meal consisting of turkey\, stuffing\, potatoes\, dessert and more at Coney Island Gospel Assembly (2828 Neptune Avenue)  from noon to 5PM. \n  \n“We are proud to collaborate with local businesses and Councilman Treyger to be able to provide community members in need with a delicious meal\, allowing all to enjoy Thanksgiving. DESCRIPTION:OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITS EXPIRE SEPTEMBER 30\, 2018. FAILING TO RENEW MAY RESULT IN A PARKING SUMMONS BEGINNING OCTOBER 1\, 2018. \nThe Sea Gate Association office will be open today\, September 23 from 9a-2p for Vehicle Access/Parking Renewals for 2019. \nPlease be advised of the following when coming to renew: \n\nThe vehicle to be renewed MUST be present.\nYou must bring with you both a valid driver’s license and the vehicle registration.\nHomeowners are considered those individuals listed on the deed and their children ONLY. Every one else will be charged the tenant fee to renew.\n*Proof of Address:\n\nHomeowners Children: If your last name is different from your parent(s)\, you must bring in proof that you are the child of the person(s) on the deed\, if you have not done so already.\nTenants: VALID lease or letter from the Homeowner(s) providing permission to renew. *Children of a tenant age 18 or over must either be listed on the lease or included in the letter from the Homeowner.\n\n\nIf vehicle is not registered to the applicant\, you must provide additional documentation (i.e. copy of registrants valid driver’s license\, valid registration\, letter from owner providing permission for you to drive the vehicle).\nIf vehicle is leased\, applicant must be listed either on the lease agreement (must bring in) or on the insurance policy.\nIf registered to a company you own or work for\, must provide proof of ownership\, listed on the insurance policy\, or have written permission on company letterhead.\nAll letters of permission MUST be up to date. If no date is indicated\, written permission will only be valid for the year of renewing/registering.\nIf windshield/headlight tag is damaged in any way\, you will be charged a $10 fee to replace. *DO NOT REMOVE KEY/BARCODE. We will renew in computer.\n*Renewal fee can only be paid using cash or credit. (Homeowner: $50/ Tenant: $200)\nAll parking permits MUST be placed in the lower\, left-hand side of the windshield. There are no exceptions.\nIf you driver a motorcycle/scooter and wish to obtain a vehicle access key\, you MUST sign a waiver every year.\nPlease note: The office will not remove old parking permits.
