All applicants MUST Upload the following:
- Valid License of Applicant: If registering a NEW vehicle.
- Valid Registration with Applicant Name & Address (* Temp Reg, please include insurance policy) for both new and renewal vehicles.
- *If not registered to applicant, you must also include:
- Letter from Registrant providing permission for Applicant to drive vehicle. Registrant may not be a resident at same or another address.
- Registrant’s Valid License
- **If tenant/non-homeowner is applicant’, you must always include:
- Valid Lease or Updated Letter from the Property owner with BOTH an expiration date and signature. Must extend through 9/30/25.
- Property owner may also email: info@sgany.org *An expiration MUST be included. You may also state Month-to-Month or No Expiration but you MUST include one.
- Photos of Vehicle - for NEW vehicles only.

When uploading documents, please follow these guidelines:
- Do NOT submit HEIC Files, we cannot open them. (*Turn off the Live photo function if using your phone)
- Vehicle Photos: Do NOT submit a photo of just your license plate. We need to see the whole vehicle.
- No decals, i.e. Numbers, Lettering or Company Names/Advertisements
- Vans without side windows and seating in the back are NOT permitted - classified as commercial use.
- Registrations must contain Name & Address; Do NOT submit window registrations.
*Must upload the following: License of applicant, license of registrant if different from applicant, valid registration
*Tenants, please upload a photo of your VALID lease or letter from the homeowner. Expiration Date AND Signature required.

Sea Gate Association Vehicular Access & Overnight Parking Permit Rules
1. HOMEOWNERS are considered those individuals listed on the deed, their spouses, and their children ONLY.
2. Parking Permit Only applicants may only be homeowners.
- Homeowners may NOT register tenants’/guests’/family members' vehicles as their own.
- Registrant may not be a resident at another Sea Gate address.
3. Tenants are required to submit either a lease or written letter from the homeowner (with signature and expiration date) to verify tenancy.
*Homeowners may also email info@sgany.org or frontdesk@sgany.org to provide verification.
4. Applicants must always submit:
- Photo of Current Registration License
- New Vehicles: photo of vehicle being registered
5. Vehicular Access and Parking Permits are to be permanently and clearly affixed to windshield by SGA Staff. Vehicle must be present. *Expired Parking Permits will not be removed by SGA staff.
- Any Vehicle Access Key that appears to be tampered with will require the purchase of a new key at the cost of $10.00
- Access Keys & Parking Permits are non-transferable - Anyone believed to be using on multiple vehicles or in violation of the Rules & Regulations will have their access revoked without refund.
6. Each address (House Number) will be allowed two (2) livery/TLC vehicles to obtain overnight Parking Permits.
- No decals or lettering of any kind (including but not limited to a house number)
- Sedan and Vans only - NO BUSES, LIMOS, etc.
7. Dealer and Commercial vehicles are not applicable for Vehicle Access Keys OR Overnight Parking Permits. Vehicles must be registered for personal use only.
- Any personal vehicle with decals/advertisements/lettering will only be applicable for a Vehicle Access Key (at the full cost).
8. No trailers, camper vans, campers, moving trucks, buses may park in the streets overnight at any time.
- SGA/SGPD may approve overnight parking in the Sea Gate Parking Lot - permission and special permit required.
9. Sea Gate reserves the right to suspend access keys at any time, without written notice. If your tag becomes suspended, you will not be applicable for a refund.
- SGA/SGPD reserves to right to tow any unauthorized vehicle from their Parking Lot at any time.
10. Any resident who is moving, or wished to turn off access and obtain a refund, MUST return BOTH their vehicle access key AND Overnight Parking Permit.
- Refunds are based on quarterly breakdowns.
VEHICLES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED RULES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARK OVERNIGHT WHETHER A STICKER HAS BEEN ISSUED OR NOT. THE SEA GATE ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE PARKING PRIVILEGES AT ANY TIME WHEN IT IS DISCOVERED A STICKER IS AFFIXED TO A VEHICLE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE OVERNIGHT PARKING RULES
